Meadowlane Primary School
i-Rights
All about us:
The purpose of i-Rights is to make children aware that they have rights. Previously, i-Rights have carried out an assembly on World Children’s Day. Children across the school have taken part in activities on World Children’s Day. They will promote the right of the week/month.
i-Rights have displayed the children’s rights around the school, for example ‘The right to fresh water’ by every sink.
Meadowlane Primary have recently received the prestigious UNICEF Gold rights award and will need to continue their excellent work in promoting children’s rights. i-Rights will have a crucial role in doing this.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
