New learning opportunities for academic year 2026-2027
I am pleased to share with you the Adult Learning opportunity – Understanding Autism Level 1 accredited course.
This course is ideal for parents/carers, support workers, volunteers and members of your family to develop an understanding of autism and effective support strategies.
It commences on Monday 14th September at Meadowlane Primary School(parent room) from 1 pm-3 pm and is completely free of charge.
Please note children are not able to attend and there are no facilities for a créche etc.

This is the second of our courses on offer in September – Families learning together in partnership with Cardiff and Vale College (CAVC) are offering this 10-week learning opportunity commencing on the 9th September.
This course offers you and your child the opportunity to explore emotions together in a safe and welcoming environment. For more information, see the QR code below:

We have welcomed in the Curriculum team in to work with our families for a "Family Wellbeing session". Working with our year 3-6 children and parents,

We have welcomed in Scholastic in this week to share some wonderful new books with our parents.
Adult Learning courses - We have fun learning new skills to help us and our children
- ESOL (English for speakers of another language) - Fun with numbers. Will start on Thursday 21st September from 1pm-3pm.
The above course is run in association with Cardiff Council Adult Learning and Agored Cymru. This course will entitle you to earn time credits.
