 In Dosbarth Llwchwr we are the Metacogniton Champions. Our job is to make sure that everyone at Meadowlane is familiar with our school's Metacognition skills, which are:

• Perseverance & Resiliance
• Independence
• Collaboration
• Listening 
• Challenge 

Our role is very important as we deliver whole-school assemblies, introducing the new metacognition skill. We have created characters for each of the skills. See more information by clicking on the Metacognition Champions on 'Our Children'.

Important information...

P.E days are on a Friday. Children should wear P.E kits to school.

Snack is provided by the school. If you wish to send in a snack, please ensure that it is a healthy one. Milk is provided at snack time, but children should bring a water bottle (labelled) with only water in it. This can be refilled throughout the day. 

Lunch should be ordered via parent pay and is free for all children. Please contact the office for more information. 

Our school uniform includes:

- Black or grey trousers, skirt, dress/ pinafore

- Red or white top 

- Navy blue jumper/ cardigan 

- Black shoes or trainers 

- Stud earrings 

 

PE Uniform:

- Red or White t-shirt

- Black leggings, joggers or shorts

- Trainers

 

Please ensure all uniform is clearly labelled to ensure children return with all items.
