VE Day - Friday 8th May 2020.

In addition to the planning we feel it is very important for the children to find out about VE day this week. This website is particularly informative with lots of resources for you to carry out some fun activities on Bank Holiday.

Hello Dosbarth Rhymney Parents/Guardians and children. I hope you enjoyed the Easter break and didn't eat too much chocolate! Due to the country still being in lockdown, school is remaining closed. In LKS2 we have planned new distance learning tasks and activities for you and your child to complete. The following task sheets should  keep you going for the next two weeks. I do not want any parents or children feeling pressure during this difficult time. Please try your best and have a go. If there are any difficulties accessing this work, please use and sign up to Class Dojo or contact myself on my Hwb email address wilcoxl10@hwbcymru.net or Miss Young on youngr85@hwbcymru.net. We will happily help and support you with any of the tasks and activities, or provide feedback on these. Please keep yourself and your children safe and we will hopefully see you sooner rather than later! Many thanks for your continued support. Stay safe! Mrs Wilcox & Miss Young. smiley

Take a look at some of the activities on BBC Bitesize

BBC Bitesize are running daily lessons online if you would like to complete additional work to the activties set by the LKS2 teachers.

If for any reason you feel that you need help to support your child with the learning tasks.  You can email myself directly a.m and I will aim to respond to you in the day.

wilcoxl10@hwbcymru.net

Alternatively, you can contact me via Class Dojo. You need to send a request to join Mrs Wilcox's class and I can accept your request. You can take a photo and add it to the class story.
