Dosbarth Taf (Years 3/4)

Welcome to Dosbarth Taf's Class Page!

We are a Year 3/4 class and our teachers are Miss Griffiths and Mr Holland.

Hello Dosbarth Taf parents/guardians and children. Due to the country still being in lockdown, school is remaining closed. In LKS2 we have planned new distance learning tasks and activities for you and your child to complete. The following task sheets should keep you going for the next two weeks. I do not want any parents or children feeling pressured during this difficult time. Please try your best and have a go. If there are any difficulties accessing this work, please use and sign up to Class Dojo or contact me on my Hwb email address GriffithsJ598@Hwbcymru.net. I will happily help and support you with any of the tasks and activities, or provide feedback on these. Please keep yourself and your children safe and I will hopefully see you sooner rather than later! Many thanks for your continued support. Stay safe! Miss Griffiths  smiley

You're welcome back. Meadowlane is ready for you all!

VE Day - Friday 8th May 2020.

In addition to the planning we feel it is very important for the children to find out about VE day this week. This website is particularly informative with lots of resources for you to carry out some fun activities on Bank Holiday.

This term our Topic is Extinction Solutions.

Here are our Class rules, we decided upon them together and tried to link them to our rights. We aim to be a rights respecting school!

We use class dojo to work towards rewards

What A Good One Looks Like! This is the class Wagoll board it helps us with all our Literacy work! At the moment we are writing Newspaper reports and can identify the key features.

Class 7's Creative Week

We had a fantastic time this week and learnt so much! We investigated Natural disasters and even made a Volcano erupt in a science experiment! Every pupil wrote a detailed newspaper report about a fictional natural disaster that happened in Cardiff. The effort put in by all pupils was incredible. We designed and tested dams to stop a flood, which do you think worked best?

WOW! Our Pupil Voice Volcano has erupted with incredible work!

Gwaith da Dosbarth 7! Best attendance this week! Keep it up and we will have a non-uniform day! Believe you can achieve!
